        No Mexicans

        I had this man work on my home and I found and saw that he has many mexicans that work for him that are not supposed to be here and can't speak english. I tried to talk to some of the workers they just looked at me and many times I have seen Mr. Fiano paying his workers cash and also have over heard one of the only mexicans that can speak pretty good english talking to his boss about payments and if he can hire any leagal mexican, because he needs more. If you pick him to work on your home be careful. Also Mr. Fiano is loud and rude and has no respect for women. He was very rude to my wife and he has been heard using racial slures by my children. Not a good perfessional man
