F & A Appliance Repair

This company gives such awful customer service!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! A technician came out to fix our dryer and said the thermostat needed to be replaced. We were called almost a week later that the part was in and that the technician would come back to install it. When he came back he fixed the thermostat and messed something else up so the dryer would no longer tumble. When I called to try to have them come back I was given attitude by the dispatcher so I asked to speak to a supervisor (Erica) who also gave me attitude so I asked to speak to her supervisor (Angela) who basically told me if I didn't like their service to go somewhere else!!!



Not once was I told "Sorry for the inconvenience" or "Sorry for taking up your time" NOTHING!!!!!!



The irony of it all is that while they have you on hold you hear "OUR GOAL IS TO BE EFFICIENT IN OUR SERVICE AND EFFICIENT WITH YOUR TIME" Well needless to say neither of those goals were met. If the tech had done his job right to begin with I would not have called back and I would not have missed time off work waiting for the tech to come.



Overall, I think an apology would have really helped, atleast. I do not recommend them!!! I will NEVER EVER use their services again!!!!!!!
