Mr. Elie had helped me and my boyfriend out today and honestly he was such a very funny guy and make sure that it is okay to break down on the side of the road or have a dead car! He arrived accordingly with appropriate time to strapped my dad’s car up and was ready to bring it on over to the mechanic shop in no time with such calm and positive attitude. Very affordable, we thought it was gonna cost an arm and a leg but honestly for him it’s worth it!

I don’t think we can thank you enough, we are very appreciative your patience and how much you put your time in assisting us today.

Mr. Elie came out to help my husband and I after making a terrible decision involving our car and sand. When he was not able to get to us by truck he and his family stayed and dug us out. literally shovels, wood planks and hardwork. he never wavered or thought about leaving.

Absolute pro. My roadside assistance sent two amatuers to pick up my AWD vehicle with locked parking brakes. They were late and clueless. I gave up and left my car at 2 AM. Excelsior called at 730 am, showed at 8 am. Eli needed no extra info, did not ask dumb questions and put his competitors to shame. Will recommend them always. Thanks Eli and Excelsior.

Awesome experience! My SUV broke down at the hospital while visiting the emergency room. I needed to move the car and had to be at work. I left the key and cash for the tow in an envelope on the porch of the apt. I was rushing to work and misunderstood he asked to leave it with the vehicle. Ely drove out to the apt and picked up the key and tow fee, drove back to my car and towed it back to the apt. Parked it perfectly in a tight area! Very nice and got the job done quickly and efficiently and went the extra mile! So impressed with this company and will definitely call them if needed and recommend.

Reasonable price, very nice people and great communicators. I have called numerous towing companies but refused to help me when my car got stucked in the flood. They were the only ones who came to the rescue. Love these people.

Our starter gave out on a chevy 3500. He didn't hesitate to come help us tow such a big truck. He was there under the twenty minutes he promised! Literally driving home from the dealership from buying a new-to-me car and my tire blew with a good 1.5 foot split in my tire wall. They were on site in 10 minutes and quickly changed the tire while giving advice on how to fight the dealership for new tires. Awesome service!

Great service, great price. Did not ctach the operators name but what a great spirit! Had a truck that was over 200' off the road in the mud. It was cold, rainy and he just was having a great time. He got it out for me and actually made me feel OK about it!Have these guys in my phone now for any needs.

After reading the reviews and ratings on here. I decided to call this company last night as I was stranded. because of the fair prices and quick service... Inno if the reviews were misleading or what not but The Price was outrageously high at $135 cash only!!! and the service was so so... Very Very disappointed!!!

I needed my husbands truck towed from one auto mechanic to a better mechanic that doesn't charge huge labor fees and Excelsior Towing picked up the truck and dropped it off without me even having to be there because I was at work. I called and paid $50 less than expected received a receipt within 10 minutes and they called me as soon as they had the truck on the tow bed and when the truck was dropped off! They were awesome and will save their number in my phone just in case I ever need them again! I for sure recommend this company!

Excelsior just took over the contract for our condo association, they are amazing, We really like them. They are respectful, curious, helpful, and here to serve us! Right after they started here, they towed one of our neighbors, because they could not see the parking decal on the car. As they were processing the car, they saw the decal at the top of the windshield which was being obscured by the window tinting. They brought the car back, the driver knocked on doors trying to find the owner of the car. After getting ahold of our neighbor, he waited 30 minutes for her to come home so he could show her why he had towed it, and to make sure it did not happen to her again. What a fantastic company, not many towing companies in Hampton Roads still have this kind of care for their costumers
