My son just began driving about year ago. Last spring his car fell into a ditch by someone's driveway while he was backing out. He called AAA towing service. The AAA guy came and said that he does not have required equipment, recommended using crane and drove away. I called Ernie's Wrecker Service. A young truck driver from Ernie's came, built some sort of a temporary bridge, pulled out his truck platform, reached my son's car bottom, raised the the car and pushed it out of the ditch. Without any additional damage the car rolled to a driveway. The truck driver even put back the landscaping rocks that fell off. He was fast and effective (and worth every penny I paid).

Since July of 2008 through October, my car has not started 3 times, had to be towed 3 times and still not right,.
Started in July, would not start, called Ernies to have it towed, needed a fuel pump, Then in October would not start, had family members with me at the time, called Ernies as thought it might have something to do with my first experience of the fuel pump, they called and said nothing wrong, started fine, so picked it up, 6 days later leaving work late at night, car would not start again, called Ernies as they had done previous work, needed ignition lock cylinder. Picked it up late Saturday afternoon so service dept had left at noon as noticed my radio was not working, no display at all on radio, light out. Called back Monday morning, they told me to bring it in, they told me the radio was like that when I bought it in which it was not, nothing was wrong at all and I have a expensive radio or did. They told me they had to take the radio out to install the ignition lock and he checked it again but is saying the car came in this way, so it is my word against them, Now the volume does not work since he took it out again, he told me would check with a junk yard or salvage to see if he could get a replacement, probably more money which I would not pay anymore to them. I called today as have not heard anything for 3 weeks, and he said he would check a few more places but that I would probably have to go to Best Buy to purchase a after market radio. Enough of them, would not recommend them to anyone and will not be back. I work with customer service and this surely is not cusotmer service if you ask me. If they wanted to make things right, they would fix my radio and not charge me for the second tow, why didn't they at least check it with it came in the second time, he told me there was no reason as it started right up. Probably because I am a woman and they figure they can get away with it especially since I am not good about speaking up or yelling, word of mouth travels faster.
