Good company that has affordable rates. I had a large live oak removed and the stump ground today that was growing too near my house. The crew showed up on time and worked hard; made it look easy. They displayed great teamwork and did a wonderful job cleaning up.

MUST HIRE!

I'm a single mother on a waitresses salary. A pine tree had fallen on my house and I called two other tree services and they gave me estimated between 1500 1750 which I obviously can't offered. My friend gave me another tree service's number who she uses. I called the number and he came right out and I told him my situation and he told me he would call me at the end of the day because I had to go to work. When I got home they had already cut the tree off my roof and they were gone. All there was was a note on door explaining how he could relate to my situation because he had grown up with 5 brothers from a single mom as well. He also wrote take care of those.babies and have a nice Christmas and there was no charge! I couldn't believe it. No.one does.that anymore. Such a nice guy so the least I could do was to write this review for him. Emerald Coast Tree Service and his number was 8506997087 I forgot his name.

These guys are great! They wasted no time dealing with the job, have competitive prices, and are hard working men. Honest and reliable. Clay was awesome going above what I asked them to do. I had estimates given by three local companies, Clay was able to come in well below those bids. They do have a busy schedule but they do not leave you hanging.

I called this tree service to come cut a tree down in my yard. They were quick to come out and give me a quote on the job, however, for three weeks, this group of guys gave me excuse after excuse as to why they didnt show up to come do the job. Eight times they said they were going to be out in the morning and never showed up. Then, after I gave up on the company, they came by at 6:00pm and cut down some of the limbs to the tree and then their rope broke. They left limbs all over my front and back yard and said they would be back out in the morning to finish the job. They never showed up. I had to hire a different company to come finish the job. Throughout the course of three weeks I was trying to get this job done, I called many times and they never answered the phone nor called me back. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. If you are looking for a good tree service that is professional and reliable, I definitely WOULD NOT call Emerald Coast tree Service!
