BEWARE!!!!! I ordered a motor for my Central Vac in March3 months ago. I was told it would be in, in 2-3 weeks. EVERY SINGLE TIME I called, I was told it was "on this next order and would be in NEXT WED"! Today I told them I want my money back and will get it elsewhere. He told me he couldn't do that as it had already been ordered. I called my credit card company to dispute this charge since I haven't received merchandise ordered 3 mo ago. She told me the charge on my credit card didn't go thru until Apr 30.....which means they didn't order it for a month after my original order/phone call. They've told me four different times its "on this next order and would be in next Wed"! When I asked to talk to the owner, he told me he would talk to the owner and call me next WED when it came in. I told him THAT IS NOT what I asked for. "I" want to talk with the owner. He told me the owner did n't have a cell phone. Thats when I "was done". Calling my Credit Card company to get a credit!
