This company is truly the best. I called on a Friday evening and I had a functional dryer by noon on Saturday. They completed to repair in less than 30 minutes and are priced reasonably. The best!

I was so worried when my 7 yr old Kenmore Elite dryer started making awful shrieking sounds. Is never had a problem with the front loader washer/drier set before but given the purchase cost I figured the repairs would be expensive. I lucked out when I called these folks. Got a live person on the phone the first time I called instead of a recorded "we'll get back to you" that we often get when calling a repair service. They were able to schedule an appointment with me right away, another godsend when we have to face going to the laundry mat.

They called the day of appt. to confirm, showed up on time, and were able to provide accurate estimate and repair at a cost within my modest budget.
