Company showed up on time & the estimate was very close to final bill. I would highly recommend them

On July 31st we hired 2 guys to move my husband and myself. They arrived 30 minutes late. The driver Dave, looked like he was fresh out of prison with an attitude. My husband walked them around to show them what we had to move. One of the men said "damn". Then they sat a the kitchen table to talk among themselves and came up with they needed another man. It was determined that they didn't have another man available. I told them that I had budgeted for 2 men for 3 hours. I asked them how much could they do in 2 to 3 hours. Dave yelled, "we can't do nothing in 2 hours. Its going to take 2 hours just to get the bedrooms down. I again told him that I had only budgeted for 3 hours. At that time I was told, it was going to take 6 hours to do the move at $680 cash only upfront. The other man chimed in and stated that they couldn't do the job because I didn't order 3 men. They then stood and walked out of the house, leaving us stranded without a move. We were forced to call in a haste, another moving company to come and they moved us in 3 hours and 15 minutes. Costing an additional $260 but it was worth it. I called the owner Dave to no avail for 3 days. When I got him, of course the movers had a different story. I my opinion, this causes a black eye on EZ Movers. Who walks out on a job they were hired to do?

We requested 2 guys to help us load a truck for one hour. We scheduled them to be here at 10 am. At 10:30 we talked to someone named Dave and he said he would check on the guys and call right back. At 11:00 i called and explained the importance of time and he again said he would call back. Every number I had went to a cell phone. I began to make back to back calls that went straight to vm. No one called back or showed up and my husband had to work like a Hebrew slave by himself to load the truck. UNPROFESSIONAL. How can you get lost from hazelwood to maryland heights?

In January, I used Better Moving, during the unpacking one of their workers broke a Waterford Liquor Decanter, the owner said he would replace it. It is now July and I have not received a replacement yet. I have called at least every month, with only broken promises.

i called the administratives were great, the guys at the site were so professional that i have to ask myself if this is real. They were polite, yes ma, no ma in all there language. They were well kept and dont smell. lol.

I will definately recomend this company any time any day. Never seen such professionalism in a moving services all my experience in my life

First of all who likes moving???? I expected to have one of the worse days of my life but was pleasently suprised at the end of the day. Better moving came to my house and took care of everything. Chris the driver was exceptionally helpfull. He made sure I understood everything from the charge of the move to helping me arrange my living room. I will advise ALL of my friends and family to call Better Moving and ask for Chris to be your driver. I give them 5 STARS!!!!!

Better movers moved me out of my house on Aug 30th. While moving items into a storage unit, they were very careless to the point that they dropped and broke an item. It was to have been fixed and returned to me a week later. They moved me a second time at the beginning of October, and in doing so damaged the top of my formal dining table. It was picked up two weeks later to be fixed. A week later than scheduled. Now, here the beginning of November and I am still waiting for both pieces to be returned to me.



Whenever I call the office, I am spoken to in a very rude manner by Chris; or told someone will call me back and never do. Their movers are very careless and are always in a hurry to get to another location.



I would not recommend this company at all.

I hired this company to move me in September. They were on time, professional and very nice to work with. The people in the office were just as nice as the people on the job. Their rates were fair. I would recommend this company to anyone. I have signed up again to use them for my mother and will use them again in the future.

This company was great, fast courteous, professional and respecful. I would recommend them any time and would use them next time I move...

The guys were there on time, moved quickly, but safely and were a pleasure to be around. They were done within the time allotted and treated our things like thier own. They were very respectful and traded funny stories with my husband and I as they worked. We really enjoyed the process, which is unheard of (who LIKES moving) and we will use them again!

This guy sounded good on the phone, but I had numerous complaints after the job was done. They failed to cover anything with blankets and damaged some of our furniture. After asking that everything else be covered, they still did not comply. Also, when they left the first location, they said they would meet my fiancee at the new location. She sat waiting and waiting only to find out that, oh, they stopped to eat. Also related to not covering things, they got sweat over everything and left black fingerprints all over our furniture and walls, not to mention scratching up the ceiling and the walls in the stairwell. I was particularly irked to see that our mattress had greasy hair stains on it and also looked like it had been taken through some branches on a tree or dirt on the ground or something. Do you need more? They smoked in our garage and around our things, we are non-smokers. And as a professional company, do you really need to be dropping f-bombs around your client? No class. Our official complaint went unanswered. Do not use them.
