DuBose HVAC and Refrigeration

I had an appointment for 9 a.m. last week & they showed up at 9 a.m.! Serviced my HVAC & I signed up for the yearly servicing.

Used them 3 times and the price is gradually went up higher and higher. Felt an awful lot like a bait and switch

I work in the construction industry which means I know and work with many HVAC contractors. When it comes to my personal needs at my home or recommendation to a friend I always use DuBose.

Allow me start out by saying that Kavin DuBose provided me with service far beyond the call of duty. Recently, on a very cold Saturday morning, I woke up to find my heat was no more. I called DuBose Heat and Air and spoke to Melanie, Kavin's kind and competent wife. Kavin arrived at my house within an hour! He quickly determined the cause of the problem. He described very clearly what was wrong and what needed to done to fix it. Being the weekend, he had to check three different sources before he finally and successfully located the part that was needed. Returning to my house, he expertly installed the part. By the way, he and I had a really nice interesting conversation. He's a great fellow.



The time he spent working on my furnace as well as taking the time to finally track down the part that was needed was so much appreciated. And his fee for working, especially on a Saturday, was so reasonable.



In summary, I just cannot recommend DuBose Heat and Air enough. Truly outstanding.

Called in last night at 8:30 pm to ask a few questions and get a quote. They were the only company that I called that did not have an answering service. The owner was answering calls at night and answered all of my questions. Kavin came out by 9:00pm fixed the problem and we chatted as well. Great business and service. prices are fair and the work is exceptional!



ps they do keep their trucks fully stocked to make servicing fast and easy. I needed a fan for my unit and he had it with him when he got to the house.

Oct 2012 If you need heat/air repair, call this guy. He is prompt, professional, extremely honest and just an overall nice guy. We have been very pleased with him.

8-7-13 Had an AC issue today and Kavin responded quickly, as usual. He is so honest and nice and his services are affordable. We will never use anyone else. Call him for your HVAC needs...you won't be sorry.

When I called DuBose HVAC, Kavin was able to come out that very day! The service is friendly and professional. I would trust them with my 94 year old grandmother. The prices are honest and fair. DuBose communicates well with the lay person who may not understand the lingo and seeks out the best and most economical solution to any problem you may have with your HVAC and Refrigeration.
