I'm very disappointed to have to write this review, because I have been using this dry cleaner's for about 7 years. I'm not a heavy user because I work from home and launder most of my clothes myself. But, I have always taken sweaters to Cheryl Lynn for cleaning. I just had a Ralph Lauren sweater cleaned by them and I received a rather unfriendly call telling me that a color had bled on my sweater but it wasn't their fault. I was told they followed the care label to wash the sweater. They cleaned this same sweater last winter with no problem - I thought they were dry cleaning it. If I wanted it washed, I would have done it myself. Their solution was for me to take this sweater that I've had for a year and that has been cleaned back to the store I bought it from and try to get a refund. They then offered to send the sweater off for testing to some "lab" and if it was determined that they had done something wrong, they would pay for the testing and pay me for my sweater. If the lab said they were not at fault, I would be expected to pay a $50 fee for the testing. Needless to say, I won't be using them again. I'm out my favorite Ralph Lauren sweater with no compensation from the cleaners at all - except they didn't charge me for ruining it.

STAY AWAY!!!! I took one of my really nice dresses there this past week to get water marks/mud cleaned off the bottom (because the dress was to long). After I picked it up, I took it to get altered and when I put it on it came half way up my shins (approx 7 inches shorter!! ). I took it back and they tried to stretch it but it still falls about 3 inches above my ankles. I asked to speak with the owner and was at that point told I needed to leave the store that there was nothing else they could do... So I asked again when the owner was typically in the store that I will be happy to come back then. At that point they called the owner who told me they were in no way responsible for the dress shrinking, it was obviously the quality of the fabric.... I bought the dress from Nordstrom, its a brand name dress. (Knowing that was probably the response I would get, I took the liberty to call Nordstrom this morning, who also followed up with the designer and neither were aware of any other complaints in regards to the material). I then tried to explain to him how much of a difference there was in the dress, he interrupted me, told me I was not listening to him...he was not replacing the dress and I was now acting belligerent and needed to get the hell out of his store and hung up on me. I asked the girls who were working there how much it would cost to send the dress out for fabric testing to confirm if there was a defect. She told me she would go check and when she returned came back with Cheryl on the phone who proceeded to yell at me and told me the cops were on there way to remove me from the premises! Sure enough i turned around and 4 cops cars were pulling up... oh, did I mention I was with my 2 and 5 year old boys! Not once did I raise my voice or was disrespectful, all I wanted was a face to face meeting with the owner to explain the situation and find a solution. Instead he choose to handle it in this manner. Anyone who knows me knows I'm not a aggressive or confrontational person. I am completely shocked that a business can operate under this manner and would encourage anyone who uses this dry cleaners to stop!! They have locations in Mooresville and Huntersville.

Still in shock after they ruined a friend's $200 dress, cussed her out in front of her young boys and called the cops to escort her out the door. Proud of my friend who handling it professionally unlike the owners who wouldn't own up to ruining her clothing.

Very unprofessional

Took dress shirt here to get pressed for professional meeting. Came back dirtier than I dropped off. Unprofessional and had an attitude. Recommend staying away.

Worst cleaners ever

Took my DKNY white linen pants, only worn once that just needing freshening. They stained them & had to re clean - 4 times without success! Each time I went to pick them up they had a new and different stain! Final time was a big red dot! They told me they couldn't fix them, wouldn't pay for them, & not to come back. So my brand new expensive Donna Karen pants were a TOTAL loss for me - and a screw you attitude from their manager. Stay away!!

Caution....

This dry cleaner will shrink delicate material!!! I took a shirt that had never been worn to be cleaned for the first time to this location and when I was able to pick up my shirt I was shocked to see that the sleeves had shrank from a full length sleeve to a 3/4 length sleeve. Then I took the shirt back and they said they would try and stretch the sleeves back out to the original length. I came back to pick the shirt up again and once again I was shocked to see that there was no change in the length of the sleeve. So I took the shirt back to the store for a 3rd time and the clerk rudely stated that I had originally brought my shirt in like that, with the 3/4 sleeve length, and that his manager said that they did nothing wrong that the problem was the material. I am extremely upset at the level of professionalism of this business and the inability to accept responsibility for a mistake that they have made. I caution anyone looking to have delicate material, which has dry cleaning on the tag, to this business to be cleaned as your clothes could be damaged as mine was!
