Bob (owner) is great and wonderful to work with. We have recommend him to friends and are returning customers.
We were referred to these guys through our interior designer and ordered custom roman shades. They delivered the shades and installed them but the fabric was crooked. Even the owner who was installing them agreed that they needed repair and though he wasn't happy about it he took them back. When they brought them back for repair we discovered that they didn't even repair one of them and the one the did repair still looked bad and had holes in it from where they had unstiched it. Bob, the owner, starting yelling and swearing and stormed out of the house. Later he came back to pick them up and agreed to pay us for the fabric which he still hasn't done. So we're out $70 for fabric and have no shades. These guys are extremely unprofessional. Find another company and save yourself this headache.
No home depot for me. We found these guys online and they came out and did everything! Great attitudes Great job! Thanks guys!
