Double C Heating & Cooling

I called CHAD at Double C Heating and Cooling this summer. He was one of three companies that I spoke to during a 100 degree day, and he was able to get to me by the end of the day. After he looked at my air conditioner he informed me of the age and the reasons for replacing and the reasons for fixing it. With all of the facts weighted out I replaced my unit. I feel that the service and the honesty was worth the investment. I'd refer Double C Heating and Cooling to anybody.

Chad Chancler of Double C Heating and Cooling in Lawson MO, is crook. He took advantage of me on 12-28-2009 by telling me my furnace needed to be replaced because it was leaking carbon monoxide. This was a lie I called the Fire Dept and they came and tested it and it wasn't leaking any. He also charged me $65 for a local service call and he barely looked at my furnace. I was lucky to know someone else to call and they were able to get my furnace up and running in less than 20 minutes. What a horrible time of year to take advantage of someone! I highly suggest you don't use this companyunless you want to be ripped off.
