my name is annett and my husband and i had got a tune up about a week ago on the airconditioning in my house. I wanted to write this because they did such a fantastic job on my a/c unit and i had a very polite tech from cool ducts come out and he explained every thing to me so i would understand everything about my a/c unit wich i didnt know much about .Cool ducts a/c and heating was the best company i ever went with and they told me one price and stuck with it they didnt try to get more money out of me they didnt pressure me into anything and the best part was i didnt have to pay them until they were done tuning my unit.I highly recomend them thank you cool ducts for your help !

Me and my wife had cool ducts come over for a tuneup of our central air and they were so helpful. Not only did they get my a/c running better than it has in years, they are saving me 35 dollars a month on my electric bill. Their tech walked me thru every step of the process and i learnt alot about the basic maintence and upkeep of my a/c. All in all, i strongly recommend Cool Ducts to anyone who wants a stronger, cleaner running a/c with a smaller power bill and at $44.95 it was a steal.

I wass charged 49.95 for a special that cool ducts was running.I was more then satsfified with the job that this company provided.and my elec. bill has rewarded me.

I had never heard of this company but got a phone call about 2 weeks ago about a special for my air conditioning tune-up. I was very skeptikal because I do NOT do business over the phone. I almost hung up but the girl on the phone was so pleasent i couldn't help but listen. She mentioned a very good price and several things they were going to do when doing the tune-up. I have never done this before but because I didn't have to pay anything over the phone I decided to go ahead and schedule an appointment. About two days ago I got my tune-up done by a nice young man and got everything I was promised. I even paid the price the girl stated on the phone. Needless to say, I was very satisfied and I would definitely use this company again.
