Desert Valley Mechanical

On 6/15/10 at approximately 12:00pm, my wife was driving eastbound on Bethany Home Road through a construction zone when the road began to narrow to one lane. As she prepared to merge into the remaining lane as people were taking turns from the two lanes, a driver driving a company truck representing Desert Valley Mechanical LLC refused to yield and nearly struck my wife's vehical. At the next light, my wife copied the phone number advertised on the truck to report on driving issues. She then pulled into a parking lot and called the number with a description of the truck. Much to her surprise, the driver of the truck, Mr. John Linner, answered the phone and used several vulgarities with her as she attepted to explain her complaint. MY wife reported the incident to me and I called the number and requested to speak to a supervisor. The man answering the phone, Mr. John Linner, proceeded to tell me that he was the owner and proceeded to use vulgarities with me as well at which point I told him that I would make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and ended the call. Although I did not attept to obtain goods and services from this company, the advertisement on the vehicle soliciting the input of the public regarding driving issues makes me a customer and requires a certain level of decorum which was not displayed in this situation.
