I actually performed Labor Services with David Robinson and his wife, Sarah Robinson, both owners of Affordable Floors. They both decided not to compensate me wages that I rightfully earned after seven (7) full hours of my working diligently with David Robinson's brother. They claimed they were not happy with my work (after seven hours), so they could elude compensating me what David Robinson and myself agreed to two days prior. Apparently, both David Robinson and Sarah Robinson think that is okay to steal the services of professional labor workers by means of benefiting financially through peonage. The matter will, of course, have to be pursued lawfully for me to receive my compensation, as they both have blatantly refused to compensate me by deception. ARRWPRW.

Paid thousands of dollar for hardwood floors. Floor still not finished!! owner chooses not to return calls or supervise work staff. Tile floor put down has cracked grout after short period of time

Called and explained emergency situation with flooring need to be replaced asap. It was no problem they could handle it and they would be out friday so that it would be done by sunday. Friday they come out without tools or people and take a look at it (which i am ok with despite the expectaion that was set.) ill be there saturday 8am. Waited all day saturday and left vmails all day. when i did get through it was excuse after excuse. im waiting on a guy ill be out by 10, 12, ( i have the vmail apologizing and saying he would be there the next day 6-7am that i got at about pm as we were calling him) i waited till 930 am the next day and not even a phone call. when we finally got through to him he told us his house burnt down. if you need a good story call this guy but if you need your floor fixed get a professional.

We recently had a laminate floating floor installed in Clayton. We are happy with the floor but... We were very disappointed with the workmanship. There were black fingerprints on the doors, walls and refrigerator. There are digs and markings on our existing baseboards and molding. The corner round molding was cut and the ends were left unpainted and can be seen. They removed the cove base from our pantry and did not replace it with anything. There were particles of flooring all over the new floor upon completion and pieces of metal found in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. They did not take any trash with them. Trash was put in black trash bags and left untied in our front yard until the following weeks trash day. I would recommend the products from this company if you are planning to do the job yourself. We would not recommend them to anyone for additional installs.
