D & D Appliance Repair

They showed up 5 hours late, diagnosed the problem and told me the part had to be ordered and would take 5 days to arrive. It is now nearly a month later, and they have never called me. I have called them 4 times and asked when the part (I already paid for) would be installed. They have said they would look into it and call back, but they never have. Don't use this company.

WE HAD THIS COMPANY COME OUT FOR OUR WASHER THEY WERE GREAT ON TIME PRICE WAS RIGHT AND THEY EVEN LET ME POST DATE A CHECK FOR 14 DAYS NOW THAT GOOD I GIVE THEM 5 ******

Apparently, "Wednesday between 9 and 12" actually means: 1. we'll miss this window entirely,2. we'll fail to return your call when you inquire as to the technician's location once this window has passed, though a real person will promise to do so,3. we'll allow succeeding calls to roll into voicemail for the next 2 hours,4. we'll NEVER actually show up or call again, and5. we guarantee you'll wake up tomorrow with the same broken appliance you woke up with today, though you'll have wasted nearly a full day waiting in vain for us. Thank you, come again!Ugh.
