Mr.phillips the service manager very rude. Had oil changed and oil all over the hood,door panel and s wheel. Lied to about a loaner car for my 2014 g caravan with transmission probs and heat blowing cold. Contacted Chrysler care and then mr. Phillips canceled our appointment and said corwin would not honor dodge factory warranty. Feel like they will punish if you don't buy there. But don Vance was 2000 cheaper and had a good experience

My husband and I were not really ready to buy a vehicle but had been doing some looking,. We went to several dealerships and were so pleased with Richard and the selection that we signed the deal right then. Thanks again Richard and all the staff at Corwin Dodge.

First things first, Brian in the parts department was the rudest most arrogant jerk I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. His motto should be. "How can I not help you today." Unfortunately, this was not just an off day for him as I've contacted him on one other occasion and had an identical experience. I hope the owner or GM reads this and takes this review very seriously. I had a positive experience with my sales person , only to have it ruined repeatedly by the parts department. I will not purchase from them again in the future because of this.

I dealt with the smartest, friendliest, and simply the best mechanic I have ever seen in my life time. His name was Jim Powers. He pinpointed my problem in the matter of minutes and had it fixed in no time. If I had a choice I would take it back to him every time. The car drove as good as new after he fixed it. I reccomend him to anyone and everyone who has to take their car back to the dealer to have it fixed.
