EXCELLENT. Steve S. the technician was great: knowledgable, and informative and right on schedule. PLUS, and this is a very very big PLUS: he called us and told us when he was on his way so that we could meet him there and open the garages which had never happened before. He did a great job.

A big thanks to Jacob F. for keeping our rat traps filled with bait. Those nasty critters come up from the canyon and I can hear them gnawing in the trap in the shed. It's good to know that those rats will soon be no more!
