Call them up after reading the reviews provided. He came out within an hour, check a few things, provides explanation of his finding, and let me know the exact work/pricing for an estimate. He got the okay to do the repair and everything is done within an hour.



Courteous and definitely a cool guy for this job.

I call 3 contractors for my broken furnace. One contractor will charge me $100 just come to check the problem. And this contactor will not waive the charge even if I let him do the job.

This cool guy, Dennis, reply my call right after I left a message. And he is willing to accommodate himself to my schedule. Dennis gave me a good suggestion not to waste money on a 30+ years old furnace which accumulated a lot of ashes and dust inside. So I have him to put on a new unit with a very competitive price. In the mean time, he did for me a special favor to help me put on a bathroom fan. He even went with me to Homedepot to buy the right parts. What can I say more about this cool guy! Great job and strongly recommended.

They charge a $45 fee just to look at your unit. If you go ahead and give them the job they waive the fee, but if your looking to get a couple estimates first you should definitely keep this in mind.

This company was great. The guy came told me the problem in less than 15 minutes. He gave me an estimate, told me he had the part and fixed it in 40 minutes. Price was reasonable when other estimates were high and some companies even tried to sell me a new unit when I did not need it. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
