Computer Renaissance

Excellent choice for any computer repair. I have had both a Mac and laptop PC repaired by them. My Mac is 4 years old, getting outdated and got a virus. I was thinking I was going to have to buy a new one, but really didn't have the extra money for that. The guys at computer Renaissance cleaned it up, took care of the virus and updated everything. It now runs better than a brand new one. The PC was a very cheap, low quality laptop. I had not used it at because frankly I hated it. Had some software that I had to use and it would only work on a PC, so I took the PC to CR to see what they could do. I am not the most computer literate, but they upgraded the drive, software and everything else required, plus installed my software and got rid of all unnecessary programs. The computer is working great and running my software just they way I need it to. Very nice company and easy to work with!

This is one of the company that I could trust my pc.

I went to Computer Renaissance for the first time last week. I was never told that if I did not repair the computer that they would charge a $30 fee. When I went to pick it up I explained that to them. Immediately, the manager I think his name is Bobby or Bill became very rude and told me to take it without paying. He knew he was wrong and in my opinion they are trying to take advantage of people. If he would have been upfront with the cost I would have been able to make an inform decision. Vey bad way of doing business. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I took my laptop here to get a part repaired, it was expensive and the people were not too friendly. Then 3 months later the part they replaced broke and they said it wasn't covered under any warranty and wanted another $180 to fix it. I declined and when I picked up my computer the top of it has all kinds of scratches and marks on it like they shoved it on a shelf or in someplace that wasn't big enough for it to fit.

I will not do business here again.

The technician gave me a couple different options for fixing my computer, and was really friendly. My computer was fixed in no time. I would recommend Friendly Computers to all of my family and friends.
