Adrian Delgado was referredited to my husband and I by Michael Dupree to demo a carport and Breezeway. Well long story short Adrian is a crook he took our money and disappeared. Two months later I have a yard fill of trash and no Demo permit. Do not trust or hire this company.

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE ADRIAN DELGADO OR COLORADO QUALITY CONSTRUCTION OR DELGADO & SONS CONSTRUCTION. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER FINISH THE JOB. DO NOT LET THE GOOD REVIEWS BELOW FOOL YOU. HE HAS TURNED INTO A THIEF AND THE QUALITY OF WORK IS HORRIBLE. HE TOOK ALMOST 30K FROM ME BUT HE ALSO PUT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF MY FAMILY IN JEOPARDY. THE FAULTY WIRING ON MY RANGE HOOD SENT ME AT 36 WEEKS PREGNANT TO THE HOSPITAL DUE TO MAJOR ELECTRICAL SHOCK. THANK GOD WE ARE BOTH OK. PLEASE DONT LET HIM PUT YOUR FAMILY AT RISK TOO.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! Contract signed in July 2014 to finish basement. I was deployed to Korea until May 2015, and returned with all initial payments made to Adrian and this company. Once I returned, we discussed more projects to be completed which totaled $30k. Adrian and his employees starting working over the next two weeks, at a very slow pace. Then, Adrian came to me and requested more money for ordering special cabinets, supplies for the bathroom, granite countertops, etc. I ended up giving Adrian $21,500, and they stopped working almost immediately after receiving my money. I have spoken to Adrian several times, and he kept ensuring me that they were scheduling my work, but never did. I have since met with Adrian, and he told me that he is closing his business, and that the other dissatisfied customers that you see on this page will not have their projects completed, but he was going to finish mine because of the large amount of work/money that was involved. Since then, Adrian is non-responsive to my calls and texts, and has not completed any further work. My basement is barely framed, the concrete for the bathroom is laying all over my basement, and I believe Adrian and this company to be robbing individuals. I have retained a lawyer to recover at least $18k. If anybody else is having these issues, feel free to contact me and we can sue Adrian and this company together. Again, DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.

Unfortunately this company is inferior with craftsmanship and integrity. Please do not use this company.

Contract signed April 2015 with ADRIAN DELGADO SR, started work on a full kitchen remodel July 2015, numerous quality problems, which delayed the project, they were not on schedule and then they abandoned the job with 1 week left in the project, at a time when all the trades coming in were to hook things up and were the more costly part of the bid. They have been non-responsive, completely MIA, unprofessional, we've had to redo wood flooring, drywall work, plumbing. We were on a tight schedule, house with kids, etc- and they bailed. We were selling our kitchen builtin huge fridge for $1000, he told us he had a food pantry and offered $300, we sold it to him for this price to be helpful, he said we'd settle at the end of the project, but he bailed. Dishonest. We believe that he screwed up the bid, and before having to finish things out, bailed before the expensive part of the job had to be done, and didn't want to fix his crews costly mistakes. Seems like if things go perfectly and he's making money, they are fine, but if things don't go well, they will disappear. See our whole complaint on the BBB, there are 2 others that are similar, just filed in May 2015- we hope to save others from this horrible experience. We had to hire a number of trades to come in and fix/finish the kitchen, it's been aweful.

The contract was signed in Nov 2014 to finish the basement work. The work was started on Feb 6, 2015. The work has not been finished till today. The last work was on insulation ~ June 10 or earlier. Several communications through text messages, phone calls did not result any continuations of work or responses or plan to finish the work. A letter was sent by e-mail & paper copy on July 27, 2015 stating that the works need to be finished by Aug 7, 2015 or the contract will be cancelled. The immediate response was that he is out of Denver and will be back in the office on Aug 3, 2015. Since then, no further communications. Adrian Delgado also took additional $1450.00 for additional / upgrade work on May, 29, 2015 and nothing has been done. Adrian Delgado is liable to pay me $1450.00, unfinished work according to the contract, broken window and small damage of basement (total ~$3000.00).

We've know Adrian for years. After getting countless quotes on getting our siding done

we chose him not only did he give us the best bid, but the work was done in a orderly fashion.

Needless to say we are very pleased and recommend him to everyone.

Got Adrian's name from neighbors. He gave a great price and got the work done without any surprises. They worked late to get the ceiling drywall hung before a serious cold snap moved in. I liked their work on the drywall, so also hired them to hang my new cabinets. Pleased with everything they did.

Adrian was referred to me by a neighbor who had him do their basement. So far they have done several projects for us and have done a great job. He was by far the most reasonable on pricing and they did great work.

CQC has worked for me on 2 different projects now and I am very happy with them. The finish work was especially good. I'm glad to recommend them.

We wanted to add a bedroom and bath in our basement and our neighbor just had finished his basement and referred Colorado Quality Const. I was impressed with Adrian’s work. So I called and received a bid and the next week their start the work. I was also impressed with how Adrian could look at this empty basement and see the finish product. His crew kept the area clean and neat. They were very polite and ready to answer any questions I had. When a changed rose they were quick to accommodate us. They did an excellent job and I couldn’t be happier with their work.

We decided to get our basement finished and received a great referral so called Colorado Quality Construction. The next day, Adrian came over to consult with us on the job and give us a bid. After reviewing 2 other bids, we selected Colorado Quality Construction because theirs was the best, especially including the design elements. The work got underway quickly and mostly went very smooth. When there were hiccups, or when we requested a change, the crew was very quick to accommodate. There was never any attitude or debate, only consistent, clear communication. The entire crew did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier with the results!!
