        Clemons refused to fix our newly installed unit. After contacting them multiple times, I called Craig Cooling. Turns out the unit was overfilled with coolant, and the ducts and intake were improperly installed. And my 10 year warranty is now only 5 because Clemons did not register the unit.

        Overall

        Did an excellent job with reasonable price. Came on a Saturday when it was freezing cold and fixed my heating unit. Came back and checked on it on Monday. Friendly and reliable.
