We have had a number of carpet cleaners over the years and none of them came close to the exceptional job done by Jordan Flory of Clean Images. The first thing he did was a total vacuuming of all of the carpet working way up to the edges of the baseboards. This took quite a bit of time but according to Jordan it was a very important part of the process. None of the other carpet cleaners we’ve had performed this service. Jordan also moved pieces of furniture for us so he could clean under them and put small pieces of foam down under the legs to expedite the drying process. He was here for several hours and was able to remove some difficult spots left by our cat when she spit up fur balls. One in particular was a very deep stain which had been there for quite some time but there was no evidence of it when Jordan was finished. For all of the time and effort he put into the job the price was very reasonable. We will contact Jordan in the future when the carpet needs cleaning and most definitely recommend him to others. It’s not often that you find people these days who are true professionals and take pride in the work that they do.

Now, ordinarily, I have the carpet in a unit professionally cleaned before I move in the next tenant, but the person who had done that job for me for many years was not available in a recent instance, so I worried about how I could replace him without breaking the bank. Emboldened by my experience with the carpet repair, I thought I might see if Clean Image Services, Inc. would do a service even that small. Surprise! Not only would they, but they were willing to schedule around my sometimes erratic provision of access without complaint. Well, they job their people did was simply excellent, and priced quite within what I had hoped to pay.

He enjoys the challenge of new situations and the satisfaction of a job well-done. He especially is gratified to see order out of chaos as a home is restored after a catastrophe! His conscientious approach puts customers at ease even in the most unideal circumstances. His current task is putting together health and safety programs for the various aspects of the company as it expands.
