Finally i can say that i did found great deal - technician showed up right on time - not a minute late. It's means a lot to me, especially when I am on schedule myself. He set his tools inside my house right by the fireplace and then got his ladder and climbed on the roof. by the way the slope of the roof at my house is 45 degrees. But there is a reason why they call him a `'chimney pioneer". Well, most I've been impressed with his professionalism: he showed me 20 pictures from the top to ensure me that my chimney is in good shape. Got to tell you the video inspection is a best thing i have ever seen - this guy is a hi-tech. I am glad that I choose him. He is also has a bunch of different brushes and many different set of polls to clean flue and smoke chamber. Yeah, he has this three sets of vacuums in his truck - the biggest is 50 gallons - it's a beast. AAAANNNNDDDD GUESS WHAT, IT IS $119. BEST DEAL. HE IS CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL.

I was totally satisfied with the service I received from the Chimney Pioneer, Inc. They did exactly what they advertised; they had excellent prices and gave superior customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

I am a single mom and have to work three jobs...But today I felt like someone helped me. I had called the chimney sweeper that I used last year three times to help me with the smoke that filled my room whenever I lit a fire in the fireplace, but never got call back. So, I went to the yellow pages and Chimney Pioneer was the first company that popped up. I called them and they called me back that same day! They had an available appointment the very next day...(my only day-off), so I scheduled the appointment. The gentlemen called to let me know they were on there way the morning of the appointment. They showed up, introduced themselves and got right to work. It seemed that I had not had such great service from my previous chimney sweeper (unlicensed). Vlad told me that I had some water damage due to the fact that I didn't have a cap on my chimney and that my damper needed to be replaced. He was honest and apologetic. They cleaned out my fireplace, put a new flue in and showed me how to use it. They cleaned the area, gave me a great price and left after only an hour and 15 minutes. Even though I had thought my chinmey just had to be swept out and wasnt expecting to have to spend money on a new damper, I feel that I got a very good deal and great service.

They set up three different appointments to give a repair estimate. They were a no show all three times. I called them twice to re-schedule. After the third no show, I realized they were no reliable.

Hi my name is Josh, yeah Chimney Pioneer is a best chimney company I have my experience with. I had to change a refractory panel in my fireplace, and didn't want to pay $350 as A Step in Time want it. He gave me free estimate, and today - there it is - brand spanking new refractory panel, ONLY FOR $155. REST OF THIS CHIMNEY COMPANIES ARE WAY TOO CRAZY TO JAKE THE PRICE 200%.
