Have you ever wished that you could have a professional HVAC person on speed dial? Would it be nice to avoid the call center you get with the bigger name companies? I have had them all - Lennox, Universal, GE, Ammana --all sold by large companies. When I call Gary and Jason at Cherokee Heating and Air I get them on the phone. They talk with you. They help you troubleshoot if there is a problem you want to solve or they will come out to you ASAP. Not only did I buy several large systems over time with them, they were able to retrofit older ones to get longer life and save money. This just does not happen with today's contractors because they don't know how and or cant get the right parts. With today's typical HVAC contractor or even HomeDepot type organizations they all try to sell complete systems. Gary and team are able to provide you what you need and still keep your SEER and environmental ratings at the best. One system I got from Cherokee was a replacement for long time system for a 4000 square foot home. Large open ceiling house. After calling out Peachtree HVAC and getting the sales pitch for a zoned systems and or massive Lennox platform - I met Cherokee based on another happy neighbor like me. They proposed a better option and actually performed different calculations based on my open space and SUN heating the house in different areas. They carefully estimated where I need extra service.. Not something you get from other firms but more like guesswork. Just because a HVAC companies comes in with a catalog from less expensive to high end HVAC does not make them experts. Also the same person selling me the HVAC and or Service with other contractors is not the ones installing it. You get that here. I felt like I got an unbiased opinion because with Cherokee. I simply get the facts.. There are no rebates from the contractor to sway my decision one way or another..



This company consistently goes above and beyond. Work ethic is great and you are dealing with people one on one. No Call Centers, No Warranty Paperwork, No Trip Charges (Current Customers) etc... I highly recommend these guys and hope that others discover Cherokee Heating and Air!

Cherokee Heating and Air recently installed a heating and air conditioning system for our house. The unit is excellent...works very efficiently. We are staying cooler than ever! Gary's work ethic was amazing. He went above what was required. He and his staff were a pleasure to have in our home.
