Champion Service Experts

This company seemed like a good choice, but we were wrong. The sales man seemed really nice aka trying to be your new best friend, but we ended up with so many problems with them, from installation to rebate issues. We are not difficult people at all, but when they blame each other and make a mountain of excuses as to why things were installed incorrectly, not at all, and/or not on time. The people in the office blame each other as well and say that it wasn't their job or dept. They messed up the serial numbers on our rebate so it took double the time to receive it and thats only because I called to check the status because it was over 6 weeks, and was then informed that all the paper work was messed up. We had to call so many times due to various mess-ups. You would think that spending 15K would get you better service!
