We have a problem with people parking in front of our subdivision with clearly marked no parking signs on both sides of the road and walking acrossed the street to the bar one night one of the lovely patrons parked and on there way to the bar was so obnoxious they woke our baby, carolls was courteous and very understanding he sent a gentleman out promptly!

Carroll's does the towing for our HOA. They are always extremely polite, prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Moved in to a new house and had not received the bylaws from the HOA. There was not adequate parking and since I saw other vehicles parked in the grassy area, we assumed it was allowed. Apparently the HOA called at 1:30 PM to have the vehicle towed. When we returned at 5:00 Carrolls was already closed so we could not pick it up. They price gauged us at $211 to pick the vehicle the following the day. They had it less than 24 hours and charged us for 2 days. Do not ever use this company. They rip you off. To charge for 2 days when they had the vehicle for less than 24 hours is unethical. What has become of people? How do these people sleep at night knowing they are price gauging people? Is the almighty dollar so important that they have forgotten about human decency and consideration. Jut because you CAN charge people an enormous rate, doesn't make it right or ethical. I'll lay my head on the pillow and sleep tonight knowing they will have to answer to the almighty lord.

Horrible pirate towing company. They gouged the hell out of me and also towed my truck from in front of my house and claimed it was on the grass in a no parking zone which it was not. I'm new to the area and instead of letting me know there was a issue they towed me and didn't leave any kind of contact info. I had to call the police I thought my truck was stolen. They have no morals and charged me $170 to get my truck back. I called around to different companies and the average price was $60. Stay away from these pirates!!!!

Please do not use them.. They won't let you get your car when their office hours are closed "9-5" and they are way over price.. They simply need to retire.. They will keep your car over the weekend because they are not open and charge you for storage.. Don't use them.. That simple

These are the biggest crooks around and I could say everything that happened but I honestly don't want to type so much. I spent over $1300 by the time things were said and done and they are way way overpriced and I will never recommend this old man to anyone. Also don't go to his recommended mechanic because he is a joke too. His name is Skitter Marple and is located on rock cliff drive.

Service was good the guy knew what he was doing. Way overpriced! It just wasn't a good day for me I guess.I will not be back nor would I recommend you to anybody.

This place charges double what everybody else in the area charges. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

My HOA towed my roommates car with this company on a Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon they are refusing to release it until Monday because their "office is closed"

I got stuck in the snow on a Saturday night in the boonies. My insurance didn't cover getting pulled out of the snow. I looked up towing companies near me on yp and they popped up. I gave them a call and they were really nice and helpful. The roll back driver that showed up was really nice and knew what he was doing. The road was pretty bad yet the driver knew exactly how to handle it. When it was all done the final price for a Saturday night on an icy road in the snow was fair. I didn't feel ripped off or gouged at all. Great service...well worth it. I would recommend this company if you're in a pinch in this area.

I do not even want to give them one star, but am required to do. Seriously, this "business" is a joke!!!! The old man needs to RETIRE IMMEDIATELY!!! Do not under any circumstance call them to do business for you. If they have your vehicle, they are highly overpriced, and then good luck getting your vehicle back. Spread the word to everyone NOT to do business with them!!!!!
