Carpet Doctor

I don't know if it was equipment failure or operator failure, but my carpet remained dirty, full of debris, the corners and borders were left untouched, simple stains and food particles were left behind, and it smelled bad. (No other company had problems cleaning the same amount of dirt off my carpets-even nail polish has been removed by the others!) I called the main company line immediately upon discovering that the carpets were poorly cleaned.

Their communicating abilities stink, too. After contacting the company several times, they offered to come re-do the job, but only at their own convenience. (I am selling my home and had to cancel one open house because of the odor and dirty carpet.) I'm left today without a return phone call, and having to hire another company to come do what they did not. They did say they would refund my money. I know that will take several more phone calls, and more of my time.
