I had a wonderful experience with Chris and CRT Mechanical. Chris installed a gas line for my fireplace and was even kind enough to help me out with a thermostat at the same time. His prices were reasonable, and he was able to do the work for me the day after the estimate! He was so courteous and very professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone. I will be referring him to all my friends. This company is terrific! Do yourself a favor and give him a call!

Chris quickly arranged appt., arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable. Wasn't a high-pressure salesman, actually checked the system, unlike other contractors who took my word for it that I needed a new heater - like I'm a heating pro! Found 2 possible causes for the problem. Fixed the 1st and all is working well. Gave me info and prices on the 2nd, should that also have contributed to problem. Would recommend Chris and CRT to friends and family without hesitation.

He had an opportunity to charge me for parts, but instead, he informed me my parts were still covered under my warranty which saved me hundreds of dollars! His honesty and integrity in researching my warranty was greatly appreciated.

Chris Thomas was very thorough in identifying options for my complete air conditioning, heating, and refrigerant line replacement. His costs were competitive but his attention to detail and responsiveness during the estimate and then during the performing of the installation made me completely satisfied with working with him.
