Budget Pressure Washing

This company was to come for an estimate, we set the time to his convenience, not mine - I had to rearrange my schedule ... he was a no show. He explained to me over the phone that he was one of the most expensive because he is one of the most professional - I agreed to his pricing. I call a "no-show" very unprofessional. I assume he thinks his time is more valuable than mine, I called him after he was 30 minutes late - had to leave a voice mail message ... waited for him for 3 hours ... gave him the benefit of the doubt and gave him business day to return my call. He has yet to call me back ...
