Brock's Lawn Care

Don't hire Brock's Lawn Care. First problem is when they came out they mowed over several of our flowering plants that were in our front yard. When I brought this up to the owner he never once apologized. Second, we had to chase him down for a bill. So once we got the bill it was for two and a half months (July, August, and September) worth of service (5 visits), when they had only visited 4 times. We went ahead and paid the whole bill, but were surprised to find that they never showed up for the 5th visit in September. In the same email asking for a bill my husband also ask them to take care of the leaves and sticks instead of mowing, and the owner of greed to it without ever telling us that they wouldn't show up until October. So October 1st comes around and we wait patiently and still no word or sight of Brocks. Again, I call on multiple days and then told multiple times that they will be out, but still no Brocks. Finally this morning I get the owner on the phone again and he tells me that the job was more than he expected and that he would have to charge us more to take care of our leaves and sticks. Now, I'll admit that we have 11 oak trees on our property and there are some leaves and sticks built up over the last few months, but we had assumed that since his guys had been coming out since July , he new what the job entailed. Nope, he wants to now charge us $200 to clean up the leaves and sticks. Niw we have over paid them $50. The attached text conversation is from the owner, the last comment from him was the most unprofessional.

This by far is the worst lawn care company I have ever dealt with. They have zero customer service. They are rude and very unprofessional. They set an appointment and then show up very late. They chopped my lawn and damaged siding. Stay away from these people!
