Bounce House Buddies

My granddaughters birthday party was a hit, thanks to Bounce House Buddies. We have rented bounce houses for many of our family parties; most of the time disatisfied with the look of the bounce house, dirty and worn out. Also, the price was way too much for what we got. Bounce House Buddies was professional right from the beginning. First was the phone call made to the company. Jennifer was wonderful, she went out of her way to make sure that I had the right bounce house for my granddaughters birthday. They called before delivery and before pick-up. The bounce house was sanitized before we used it and when they picked the unit up. Also the price was right, very, very reasonable. They were so professional I will recommend them to all friends and family members who need services provided by their business.



Customer Service has been a thing of the past, but it is the most important thing for a successful business and Bounce House Buddies has brought back great Customer Service. Thanks again and we will be calling you for our next function!!!!!
