Initial consultation always cost a little bit more than the second and subsequent visits as the initial consultation can take up to 2 hours. 2. How long does each consultation last? A physical therapy screening that is free of charge, can last from 15 minutes to one hour. An initial of valuation can take up to 1 to 2 hours and subsequent treatments are typically 1 to 2 hours depending on complexity of physical therapy diagnosis and treatment plan. 3.
