Upholstery Cleaning
Our focus continues to be in floor care with several Technicians and Team Members with extensive knowledge in marble polishing. Of course, every team member is a professional carpet cleaner and an expert tile and grout cleaner. The Technicians meet monthly to discuss best practices in the process of carpet cleaning restoration, grout cleaning restoration, grout color sealing, upholstery cleaning and commercial carpet cleaning. Rug Cleaning
4.9 For both offsite and in-home area rug cleaning, Company is not responsible for shrinkage, fugitive or migrating dyes, transfer of instructional markings on fabrics, yarns that might bleed, bleached spots, sun or other forms of fading, cellulosic browning, texture change, fibers or yarns weakened by age, chemical or insect damage, degraded adhesives, wear or permanent discoloration or stains, detergent or spotter damage or residue. It is further understood that there is no guarantee that all stains or pet odors will be removed completely.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
“The technician from Bluegreen Carpet & Tile Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my two white sofas. For stubborn stains he recommended spraying 4% hydrogen peroxide every 6 hours. It worked marvelously. All stains disappeared. Could not be happier.“
Vacuuming
To keep your carpet and upholstery looking its best between cleanings, you can have a protector applied by Bluegreen. This specially formulated product helps carpet and upholstery resist soiling from dry dirt, water and oil-based spills. When you have our protection barrier applied, you will have more time to clean up spots and spills before they soak into the fibers. In addition, it makes vacuuming easier and will prolong the life of your carpet.
Dusting
Bluegreen’s process is a restoration cleaning and is typically recommended when there is need for a deep cleaning and/or the floor has a cloudy or dull appearance. We begin with a thorough dusting and/or sweeping of the area and the edges are hand dusted. Movable furnishings can be removed from the area. A neutral cleaner is used in our cleaning equipment to ensure a deep cleaning and the floors are then towel dried. The client may then choose to have a protective coating put on the floor with either a matte or gloss finish. This finish brings luster back to your floor and allows for easier maintenance. We will then move the furnishings back in place for your convenience.
Furniture Cleaning
2.4“Services” means all floor cleaning, furniture cleaning, natural stone honing & polishing, countertop and vanity polishing and moving furniture to allow cleaning and other cleaning related services provided by or through the Company and/or its Contractors under a Contract.
Steam Cleaning
Although many people refer to the type of cleaning Bluegreen does as steam cleaning, it is a hot water extraction process. Carpets are sprayed with cleaning solutions, agitated and temperature controlled hot water is sprayed and suctioned out of the carpet.
Leather Cleaning
After launching carpet cleaning services in February 2012, we added on tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, leather cleaning, pet treatment on carpeting and eventually marble polishing. The commercial division of Bluegreen launched commercial carpet cleaning, commercial tile and grout cleaning, VCT stripping and waxing and commercial upholstery cleaning.
Deep Cleaning
Grout is a porous material; this means it can easily absorb what is sitting on top of it. Like clothing, the longer a stain sits, the more difficult it is to remove. While a lot of discoloring/staining may come clean through the deep cleaning process, there are options to re-color the grout to make sure it all looks the same.
