Yesterday, I was on my way to a quick dinner with my husband and then to a Forum at Drew University in Madison, NJ. I stopped at the Madison Car Wash at 267 Main Street (973.377.7188) and they were about to close. Nevertheless, they let me in and, while I was getting some things out of my car, they also let somebody else who arrived shortly after me.

When my car was already in, I found out that I didn't have my wallet with me. I went to the register and explained my problem. The lady at the register called a gentleman who was nice enough to take my credit card number, and all the other information you need to complete a transaction when the card is not present. Not only was I able to have my car washed a little after hours, but they didn't give me a hard time for not having a credit card or cash with me.

After I paid, I saw my car coming: They did a great job as far as the vacuuming and other cleaning in and outside the car.

Finally, the same gentleman approached me again, told me that my car was ready, held the door to let me in, closed after me and wished a good evening with a nice smile on his face. All the other workers were equally nice and helpful.

What I nice, quick and smooth experience! I was still able to be on time to meet my husband for dinner! I definitely recommend this place and, even though they are not close to home, I will come back whenever I am in the area.
