Better Water Heaters

I got a recommendation from a friend, but didn't know if they would come out to my place. They not only came out, they did next day service (I had a small leak starting, so it wasn't an emergency). 1st good thing, they showed up on time! 2nd good thing, they gave a reasonable estimate!

I checked around and found the price was right in range. I had heard horror stories about buying a unit at home depot and their installers come out and it ends up costing $1700.

The installer did a great (and fast) job and got out a broom at the end and cleaned up after himself. Very courteous.

I called better water heaters on saturday and they were able to come out imediately and replace my water heater. The guy who answered the phone was the owner and seemed very friendly and was very helpful. He gave be a price range for the job that turned out to be right on. The installer (roger) was very professional and did a great job. I would definately recommend them.
