Best Price Pest Control

This previous custormer decided to stop paying his bill for the pest control service we had been providing him. When I finally contacted him he said that he no longer had a flea problem and therefore no longer needed the service, and would send the late payment in the mail. After several weeks and no payment, I again contacted this customer and asked about the unpaid balance, at which time he stated he would not be paying it because of the medical bills his dog occurred from my pesticde several months ago. At that time I offered to pay for the cost of the Dogs medical bills if he could produce copies of the bills for my accountant. But he said he could not find them. I suggested that he give me the Vets name and I would gladly call and asked about the dogs condition and if the vet thought it could have been caused by my chemical. He did not ever give me his Vets phone number, even after several calls asking for it. What we seem to have here is somebody trying to get out of paying their bills by using their innocent pet. Because of he didn't not ever pay his bill or provide me any evidence of a Vet bill, I eventually had to take further actions, and this wild accusation is the results of a customers anger of having to eventually pay his bill. This company does not hurt Pets, It helps pets with control for fles and ticks, and hurts me deeply for a previous customers lies about something so serious as causing harm to their pet..
