Jay Johnson is not a man of his word. He will promise you an up front date and never comes through. Anytime you ask him a question about anything, he will always have an excuse. They continually left trash, tools, etc. all over the place when promised in the beginning they would clean up everyday. Contractors were never there when Jay said they would be and heaven help us if it rained, they get 5 days off for every rain day! He never scheduled inspections when he knew well in advance they would be needed. Also, keep a good, clean copy of your contract, make sure you have memorized it and keep it with you at all times. Anytime you have a question about anything, he will ask you to read your contract!

If you are right, don't worry....he will have a good EXCUSE!
