B&J Construction and Roofing LLC

Ben Francis of B & J Construction and Roofing quoted a job to fix all the items on the inspection list on a home I purchased. I live out of state so I didn't have the chance to manage the process of the repairs. I paid Ben $5400 dollars and he only completed a few small items on the list and ran with the money.



I had the home re-inspected and he used the wrong type of fasteners on the deck pickets and the quality of the work was sub par according to the home inspector. He also switched out the cracked front window with a rear window and claimed he fixed the front window. My home inspector had high res pictures to prove it was the same window. My inspector said this is the worst case of someone not doing what they quoted that he's seen.



The kicker is Ben told me the water heater was bad so I sent extra money to have him replace the water heater and he left the old 2004 unit in the home and also took the extra money.



This man is very deceiving and will take your hard earned money.

The man Benny is a crook who doesn't pay his guys before himself. Instead of listening to opinions from his crew he'd rather do it wrong resulting in disastrous construction.
