        Overall

        The way they bill people in my opinion is very crooked. I had a few appliances to connect in a home I had bought. They gave an estimate of 4 hours which seemed fair.

        1st time they showed up they worked 15 minutes and left, next time 10 minutes, a few times they pulled in the driveway and left. Each time saying they had "emergency calls". About the 3rd time I questioned how the billing was going to be handled with them leaving. I was told, only for hours on site. When finished they actually worked 3-4 hours, yet billed for 16. So each time they showed up and left I was billed for 2 people, the 1 hour minimum, which is bull if they choose to leave. If you search other review sites, it would seem others question the way they bill also.
