        I had Assured Service out to m...

        I had Assured Service out to my house to install a new air conditioning unit. They were extremely responsive and came out to my house to give an estimate and fit me with the proper system. I even asked them to install a more expensive unit but they explained why it wouldn't be a good option and why the unit they installed was right for the job. The price was spot on with other companies I compared them with and I liked their repoire.

        After installing the unit they serviced my heating system and noticed a natural gas leak outside my house. The instructed me to immediately call the gas company and they fixed it right away. I did not notice the leak which was due to a rusty pipe.

        Eric saved me from a potential disaster. They probably saved my house/life since it was evident that the leak had been occurring for a while.
