Since our humble beginnings with a pickup truck and a striping machine we have built a strong base of repeat customers through service, quality and dependability. Our experience in asphalt paving and maintenance is just one of many ways we stand apart from the crowd. From Colorado Springs to Denver & Longmont, we specialize in asphalt paving & repair. This includes sealcoat & maintenance programs. Since we own three pavers, our paving capabilities are unsurpassed by some of Denver & Colorado Spring's largest outfits. Large Paving: Larger paving jobs are performed with one of our two full sizes machines. The wheel paver is ideal for overlays and the track machine is more suitable on new construction, steep grades & climbing hills. Small Paving: Smaller overlays and removal & replacement patches are accomplished with our smallest self-propelled paver. This is a tennis court overlay with Petromat. Asphalt Overlay: The parking lot is prepared by sweeping debris and applies a tack coat so the new asphalt will adhere to the old. After: The parking lot is striped as per the customer's request. Parking blocks can also be installed. Water valves and manholes are set for new grade on overlay job. Large or small jobs are no problem! When considering what type of repair to have done, the removal and replacement is going to last the longest. A hydraulic breaker is used for smaller jobs. Edges are usually saw-cut for a cleaner edge which is easier to maintain. Front loaders are used for larger jobs. All debris is removed from customer's property. Sealcoat: Sealcoat is sprayed on in two coats. The parking area is first cleaned of weeds and debris. Sand is added to sealer for better traction and durability. Rotomilling: Rotomilling is used to grind off top layers of asphalt for heavily deteriorated areas with good sub-grade. Also recommended use for overlays with curb and gutter..
