Absolute unscupulous scam artist. Fails to return calls nor honor warranty. 13 months after installation, won't show up and screens calls. Magically, when using others phones he gets right on the line. Stay far away from this cowardly crook ! Make sure to check his BBB credentials...discreditted with F rating. Look around and try to find anyone saying something good about him (other than his wife and kids). Wish I din't have to pick a single star.
