Doug Self came right away to see about a dishwasher leak and removed the dishwasher because it was beyond repair. I paid him and he said the price included coming back to install a replacement dishwasher. A week later I called him to say the new dishwasher was delivered and ready to install. He said he would be here on Saturday. The next week

I called again and he said he would be here tomorrow. It is now 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting. The last time I called him he said, "I forgot all about you".

Obviously! Maybe he should send me refund for work not performed. I would like an apology for the run around too.
