called aquia plumbing after waiting all day for one of the Northern VA. companies to not show up. I explained that I couldn't wait any longer that afternoon and requested their service for the next morning ( Saturday ) I was given a time frame of 9-11 and assured that there would be no extra charge for Saturday morning service. the plumber arrived at 9: 15 , wore shoe covers , and assessed my dilemma ( toilet overflowed onto the floor ) then after repeated attempts to snake the toilet didn't work, he explained the next move would be to remove the toilet off the floor and possibly find whatever was blocking it from underneath. I agreed to let him proceed and left the room to attend to my 3 year old son. about 45 minutes later the plumber came out and presented me with my sons GI. Joe speed boat and two little green army men that all had seen better days. the plumber then reinstalled the toilet and left the room as clean as he found it. I will call on this business again and recommend them to my friends. ( great job Jim )
