We called appliance pro because we had an issue with our refrigerator they came out properly diagnosed it and repaired it all in the same day the service was excellent

Zero stars!!Beware when using this company!!They replaced a part on my washing machine with one that came with a warranty.It didn't work properly. When I called them to report the problem,my messages went unanswered.

This company is dangerously incompetent. We asked them to replace the igniter on our oven. They installed the wrong igniter which caused the oven to spark and smoke, burned the wiring harness, and broke the gas valve and rendering the oven unusuable. They then had to come back and replace the gas valve, and bent some internal components so that the oven did not ignite immediately, but rather filled with gas and then ignited with a flash and boom. Ultimately we had to buy a new stove because their repairs were unfixable. To make matters worse, between the first and second repairs, they lied and said the parts were ordered when they weren't so we were without an oven for four months waiting on them. We called the Maytag company who issued a manufacturer's warranty on our 9 year stove to try to correct the problems because the Appliance Pro's work was so derelict. Do not use this business.
