Anytime Towing and Recovery

The young man that I spoke to when I went to retrieve my car was extremely polite, as was the man who walked me to my car to retrieve my items in order to pay. My complaint is the charge is outrageous. My car was in tow for a total of 11 hours and I had to pay $250.00 to get it out, which is way above what the actual city of mobile impound lot charges. Not to mention it is extremely far away from anything. I was three hours late to work and lost a whole paycheck to Anytime towing. and as for ANYTIME towing? yeah, they may tow at anytime, but try getting them on the phone after you've discovered that your car was towed. I called 45 times, literally, to no avail. I called first thing in the morning also to get no answer, which led me to drive there.

I just wish it was possible to give them a zero stars. Redneckville, swampville, mudville. Best to put on your gardening clothes on to go out there in that muddy dirty place. Stupidest job ever. GET A LIFE

Been calling for three days so I can pick up my truck but nobody will answer the phone. Shouldn't have to pay for these three days since its their fault that I can't pick my truck up

Stupid a** company. Took my car and it was in the right place.

They are a bunch of "Price Gorging Rip Off Scam Thieves". With no sign nor address is front of their place and it is off the road and you will definitely pass it several times looking for Anytime Towing Thieves before you locate it.

Predatory tow company! They sat around and waited for me to run into my own apartment. I was gone for less than 30 minutes. When I came back out, they told me I did not have a parking decal and I had to pay $250 cash in order to get my car off. I admit I did not have parking decal but I definitely was not stopping any guests with parking decals from parking as most people were gone for Christmas break! They violated people as they racked up on their holiday money! If you see a yellow truck, don't even stop and definitely definitely don't park!!! Completely unreasonable people!!!! I don't want to give them one star!!!

Iam not impressed. I have been trying to call since yesterday, and I havent been able to reach anyone for two days. We have a car we need to get out and we need to know prices and your hours. Iam very frustraited with this.!!!!!!!!
