        I have continued to be thrilled with the exceptional professional work from American Sentry, Mr. Rich Duerkop! He has inspected two homes for us thus far and the one certain fact is that when we buy another home, Mr. Duerkop will be a required phone call for the home inspection. He is easy to work with, explains everything, and is the most thorough inspector we have ever had. We have bought 5 homes in 3 different states so our experience with home inspectors over the last 30 years has been up and down, until

        American Sentry and Mr. Duerkop became part of our home buying experience.
