Don't bother using there services in the Monterey area. You will be wasting your money. We have been having an issue with our Maytag front loading washer and had replaced the belt however the sensor would trip on any cycle. So we looked in yellow pages and called a few repairmen who could not work on this model. American appliance assured us they could work on it and offered exceptional service. When their tech arrived, he looked over the machine and then asked for the manual, he would not listen to what we said was wrong with the machine, refused to take the back plate off and examine the belt which we had just replaced, then the tech hit the reset with which we still could not use the machine, we showed their tech that it would still not wash, then he demanded payment and said he would come back the next morning at 10am. I rescheduled my morning for them to send someone competent. They arrived 2 hours late, and then couldn't fix the washer and charged another $75 for the service call.
