Door would not open spring was broken ..Called on Allied with same-day-service had me fixed and the tech was very helpful in showing me how to maint my door and opener .....thanks Allied
I can't say enough about this company…The guy on the phone down to the service tech that came out need service on your garage door call them …for the best
I call Allied and two other companies ..for one thing the person at Allied was much more helpful and understood my problem Second they showed in under tow hours Three they were ready with parts on truck to do the work right then …as Allied started the work one of the other companies came by and without even looking said they could do it cheaper ……..but would have to order the parts ..I sent him away as Allied continued to do the work the third company showed three hours after I called and they also said they could do cheaper ……..And as I was talking to them Allied stepped out of the garage finishing up ….hearing the other company say it could beat his cost he asked the guy ask what he put in and he figured it up …and first saying $100 more then changing that and in the end didn’t have the parts …So with that …the guy a Allied was the most professional and their price was fair and I did not have to loss another days work waiting on parts ……FIVE STARS TO ALLIED one more thing Allied handled the other companies without saying one bad thing about them ….can’t say the same for the other two
Call five different companies today and had five every different experience I won’t use names but the company that came out and did the work at a price and warranty ..That was respectful too …the five company that came out only Allied was in my words the honest and professional company and what they said on the phone was what they said at my home …no bait and switch Thank you Allied for great experience
